Are you factory or trading company?Yes, we are factory, located in Shishi, Fujian Province of China.

Can you accept customized my own logo products?Yes, pls send your original samples or sketches, then we can go head to check more details info as well as the best price, shippment, layout etc accordingly.

How can I get a samples?We can provide free existing products sample for you evaluation. Usually via express, such as DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT etc, freight collected.

How much will you charge for new customized development item?For OEM/customized item, new moulds are needed for producing. Normally USD60 for a design, for buckle that depends on design and size. But mould cost can be refunded once total orders qty can meet within one year.

Can I make my own products?Yes, you need to offer your real sample or picture for us.Then we can develop for you.But need higher MOQ,like 200pcs-500pcs per design.

Is your product handmade?We offer handmade or machined styles. It depend on the styles.

Can I make different colors?Yes, of course. All colors are available.

What is your payment terms and shipping cost?We accept Paypal,Western Union,T/T and Escrow .For small in-stock orders we do 100% in advance.For production orders we do 50% deposit and 50% before delivery. The shipping cost would be counted based on cost for express,sea shipping,air shipping.

Can you provide free samples?Yes, we can provide free samples. Pre-production samples also available if need (freight collected) for you approve & test. The orders will be start once get you confirmation.

How long will needed for production?Normally 7-10 days for small order customized/OEM item, and 12-20 days for bulk production according to your qty.

What's the shipping method?For small order, delivery for international express, such as DHL, UPS, DHL, Fedex etc. For large order, delivery by ship or air. Or also can be arranged by your request.

What's your MOQ?Different styles have different MOQ. normally our MOQ is 100-300pcs each style.

Can I see more models?Yes, you can inquire us to show you more models. (tips:to get a qualified prodcuts recommends,please kindly send me inquiry of your required material/size/color and other requirements.)

What's your leading time?For customized item, our leading time is 12-15 days. Urgent item, we also can push & delivery it ASAP.
